Refund eligibility, processing time, and penalty structures are determined by each supplier, not by our agency.

Supplier-Controlled Refund Policies

Each travel supplier has its own rules regarding:

  • Refundable vs. non-refundable fares
  • Cancellation deadlines
  • Penalty amounts
  • Special promotional or restricted fares
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Group reservations

These policies vary depending on the itinerary, travel date, and fare category.

cruise70.com must adhere to the supplier’s terms and cannot override or modify their refund decisions.

Cancellations Initiated by the Customer

If you choose to cancel your reservation:

  • Cancellation penalties may apply
  • Some fares may be 100% non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be issued only if permitted by the supplier
  • Taxes or port fees may be refunded separately depending on supplier rules
  • Agency service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

All cancellation requests must be submitted by phone or email to our support team.

Refund requests will be processed only after receiving written confirmation from you.

Cancellations Initiated by the Travel Supplier

If the travel supplier cancels, delays, or reschedules your cruise:

  • Refunds, credits, or rebooking options are determined solely by the supplier
  • Compensation may include future travel credits, refund options, or alternative sailings (as per supplier policy)
  • cruise70.com is not responsible for supplier decisions or delays

We will assist you in communicating with the supplier, but we do not control the outcome.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by the supplier:

  • Refunds typically take 7–30 business days to process
  • Delays may occur depending on the supplier’s internal systems
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

cruise70.com cannot accelerate refund processing times.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for boarding (“no-show”), the entire booking amount is forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rebooking.

Changes & Modifications

If you request changes to your booking (e.g., name correction, cabin change, date change):

  • Fees may apply from both the supplier and our agency
  • Fare differences may be charged
  • Some changes may be prohibited based on supplier rules

Refunds related to modifications follow the supplier's terms.

Agency Service Fees (If Applicable)

In certain cases, the agency may charge service fees for:

  • Cancellations
  • Changes or modifications
  • Special handling requests
  • Document re-issuance

These service fees are non-refundable, even if the supplier approves a refund for the base fare.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank does not guarantee a refund. If a chargeback is filed without following our cancellation process:

  • The reservation may be canceled
  • Additional fees may apply
  • You may be responsible for supplier penalties or outstanding balances

We encourage customers to contact us first for assistance before disputing any charge.

Unused Travel Services

No refunds are provided for:

  • Unused portions of a cruise
  • Unconfirmed changes
  • Early departures
  • Missed departures or connections
  • Optional onboard services not utilized

Travel Insurance Recommendation

cruise70.com strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against:

  • Trip interruption or cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays
  • Lost or damaged baggage
  • Unexpected circumstances

Insurance is optional and sold separately, but it may provide additional refund protection.
